Hope everyone had a great fall and is ready for the cold weather that is slowly moving in. Last week we saw snow move into the Upper Peninsula to give us the first accumulations of the season. It wasn’t the first snowflakes though that was earlier in the month of October. Once we start seeing snow on a daily basis you will get daily snowfall updates through the winter.
Above: Salt pile that will be used to salt the roads across the Upper Peninsula.
Below you will find the snow totals for Oct 31st, 30th, and 29th. Since the 31st we haven’t had but a trace of snowfall in a few areas as the warmer weather has arrived and we’ve had rain.
Possibly a few flurries this coming week and also some rain. So it may be a bit slushy at times and we may see some icy roads that may make things a bit slippery for travel.
It is the time now to get those snow tires on if you haven’t already, expect some delays on getting them put on, tire shops have been slammed this last week

I will be bringing back the Top 10 Snowiest LIVE Videos every week through the winter, it will appear on FunintheUP Facebook LIVE and hopefully I can get it LIVE on the FunintheUP Youtube channel.
Thanks for following the Snow totals, looking forward to a snowy winter and lots of fun ahead.
