To think we had mid 70s to upper 70s with some places touching 80 degrees a couple weeks ago is pretty crazy, but here we are with a continuation of winter, not unusual in any sense, but I think most are ready for spring. Most places across the UP have seen all but a few traces of snow already disappear until yesterday and today, but the ground is already pretty warm and with the rain we have seen this last week the frost is leaving the ground so the melt should be quick.
UP Snow totals below, I am sure tomorrow I will be making another snowfall post, and possibly Wednesday also. I am really ready for the little spring we have before the bugs really start bugging us, with all this rain and snow. Good thing is the grass and trees will have plenty of water once the sun starts shining again.
