A few days of little snow that did little to improve the snowmobile trails, but did a decent amount to improve the xc ski trails. We do need a good dumping of snow, but it won’t be happening this week. Forecast models aren’t giving much hope for to much precipitation other than a few flurries here and there. Next week early looks to bring in some precipitation in the form of snow, rain, sleet, leaning more on the later. We shall see how the models progress through the week for a better understanding what the next Lo will track like into the Midwest and Great Lakes region early next week.
