It wasn’t the biggest storm of the year but there were some decent snow totals in some areas, mainly around the upper elevations around 1400’-1600’ in Marquette county. The NWS recorded a 24hr 12am-1159pm snow total of 20” for Feb 23rd, combined with the previous day of 6.4” it gives them 26.5” for the 2 day total, that being the highest reported total for the 2 day storm. Stations also around Ishpeming and Negaunee also saw some numbers over 15” for the two days. Keweenaw and far Western UP stations saw less than 12” for the two days.
