U.P. Wide Overall Color Change - Peak-Past Peak
This week we saw most of the Upper Peninsula move into peak color and others especially along Lake Superior and Lake Michigan that were just moving into peak earlier in the week. Things were a bit dry this year and the colors weren't the greatest I've ever seen but there were some nice pockets of color if you drove around enough to find it. I will try to post some pictures later tonight, I have been busy trying to get things done before we start getting into the cold weather and rains starting tomorrow, today is going to be our last night warm day it looks like, then it’s moving into winter, I am totally not ready for it, that’s life in the Upper Peninsula, move from season to season in a heart beat.

Your continued support is much appreciated as I put on even more miles during the winter, about 50-70 a day for 5-6 months measuring snow at 6 snow stations and doing live drive videos and video reports on the winter snowfall. FunintheUP.com is also the #1 source for UP Snow Totals all winter, I have been doing snow reports since 2010.
There is plenty of color still to be seen and enjoy for the…
